Deposit
50% Deposit is payable within 7 days of making the booking.

Balance
The balance is payable 40 days prior to arrival.

Payment
Cheques should be made payable to Skicom Mt Hotham and posted to RMB 1001 Mt. Hotham Vic 3741.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

Booking Confirmation
All deposits and bookings will be confirmed via email, fax or post.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable (less $ 50.00 per person cancellation fee) up to 40 days prior to arrival. If less than 40 days notice is given – no refund, unless the apartment can be rebooked. If rebooked, $200.00 fee will be charged .

Bonds
Persons booking accommodation are to be responsible for any loss or damage to it. A bond is payable on arrival. We accept credit cards and cash. This is refunded provided the apartment is left clean and undamaged.

The apartments are fully self contained but they are not serviced. When you arrive the linen will be in the apartment but the beds won’t be made. At the end of your stay you are expected to strip the linen from the beds and put it in a pile inside the apartment. There is a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and cleaning gear in the apartment and you should leave the apartment as you found it. If you don’t wish to clean the apartment at the end of your stay, we can arrange for our cleaners to do it. There would be an extra cost for cleaning depending on the size of the apartment.

Snow Guarantee
If there are fewer than 5 lifts at Mount Hotham operational due to lack of snow, three days prior to the commencement of your stay, you may elect to receive a credit or refund for pre-organised accommodation and lift company product.

Check In
Check In is from 3 pm.

Check Out
Check Out is by 10 am.

There will be no refund for early checkout. A late checkout fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to or at this time.
