The architect designed Sun Apartments consist of 8 two-storey semi-detached ski maisonettes conveniently located just off the Great Alpine Road near Jack Frost Lodge.

The maisonettes are clustered to create a village-like atmosphere. The design features pitched roofs and balconies overlooking a sunny courtyard and through to alpine views.

Internally the maisonettes are well fitted out. The ground floor includes a ski entry room, a drying room and an open plan kitchen. The living and dining areas come complete with a slow combustion wood heater and a bay window. The first floor accommodates 2 bedrooms, one serviced by an ensuite. A second bathroom alleviates the early morning problem of bathrooms congested with keen skiers.
